About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Creative Designer at Prixa DigitalFirst. The role calls for a thinker who can translate vision into execution, taking complex, abstract briefs and turning them into compelling visual solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret complex briefs and lead the ideation process from concept to final visual.
- Produce production‑ready deliverables that meet brand standards and tight turnaround times.
- Guide the visual team and shape overall design direction.
Required profile
- 5+ years of agency experience, including at least 3 years in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple brand projects.
- Leadership and growth mindset with a desire to mentor junior talent and evolve into a creative leadership role.

- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
