Senior GTM Engineer

About the role

A GTM Engineer sits where engineering meets revenue. You won’t be cold‑calling prospects; instead you’ll build the systems that find, qualify, reach, and convert them at scale. You’ll design outbound infrastructure, automate pipelines, and use AI to make a small team perform like a large one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end outbound systems, including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, personalized sequencing, and handoff to sales.
• Build AI‑powered prospecting workflows using LLMs and agents to research accounts, identify buying signals, and write personalized outreach at scale.
• Architect and maintain our CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar), including pipelines, automations, custom objects, and integrations.
• Build data pipelines connecting enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.), our CRM, email infrastructure, and analytics.
• Own email deliverability infrastructure: domains, warm‑up, inbox rotation, and sender reputation.
• Set up tracking and dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and run experiments to improve them.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and sales team to turn GTM strategy into working systems.
• Document playbooks for internal reuse and packaging as client offerings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth engineering, marketing operations, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering with a strong GTM focus.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar.
• Strong scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, plus comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Practical experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) in production workflows.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major CRM, including its automation and API layers.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, ICP definition, and outbound strategy, ideally targeting the US market.
• Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly with US‑based clients and stakeholders.
• Owner’s mindset: ship quickly, measure results, and iterate without waiting for direction.
