Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for a leading tiles company. The role involves shaping both B2B and B2C strategies, managing ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns, and overseeing major events and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Manage B2B and B2C marketing activities, dealer engagement, and market promotions.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, dealers, and internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports.
• Support digital and social media marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, TTL, B2B/B2C marketing, and event management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and events.
