Senior .NET Software Engineer

About the role

Senior .NET Software Engineer will write well‑designed, testable and efficient code as part of the development team supporting Population Health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and provide technical guidance for project planning and execution.
• Write industry‑standard code, perform unit testing, conduct code reviews, and debug/fix software defects.
• Produce and review technical documentation, guide and mentor junior engineers.
• Continuously improve development processes and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 6‑8 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• .NET programming languages: C#, ASP.NET.
• Experience with .NET Core 5/6, Blazor.
• Relational database design and SQL.
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and responsive layout.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred skills

• Experience with large, highly scalable applications and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, NoSQL databases such as RavenDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of SOAP, MSMQ, FTP, SOA and microservices architecture.
