Senior React Developer (Contract)

About the role

Dogma Group is seeking a Senior React Developer on a 1‑year contract to work on a Microsoft Dynamics migration project for a UK client. The role involves building modern, high‑performance web applications with React 19, collaborating with back‑end engineers, UI/UX designers and consultants across Nepal and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, scalable user interfaces using React.js and Vue.js.
• Create reusable components, hooks and UI libraries following best practices.
• Integrate front‑end applications with REST APIs, cloud services and enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365.
• Work closely with designers to deliver pixel‑perfect, accessible UI.
• Optimize applications for speed, cross‑browser compatibility and SEO.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain technical solutioning documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js, including functional components and Hooks.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor junior developers.
• Experience working in a distributed, cross‑functional team.
