Senior Reports Associate (Level 7)

About the role

The Senior Reports Associate will deliver specialized reporting, support analytical report preparation, and aid proposal development and resource mobilisation to advance programme objectives within the Country Office Partnerships, Communications and Reports Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee corporate and country office reporting systems, ensuring consistent, standardized information.
• Collate, validate and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support information flow across functional areas.
• Support political, humanitarian and operational analysis for country-specific reporting.
• Prepare and coordinate the Annual Country Report and other management reporting products, maintaining reporting calendars and tracking donor requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day information requests from stakeholders and provide capacity‑building support on reporting procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, briefs, talking points and partnership products, maintaining partnership information systems.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of experience in operational information management, performance reporting or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex reporting processes and produce high‑quality reports under tight deadlines.
• Experience consolidating qualitative and quantitative information from multiple functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into clear, decision‑oriented products.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management systems (desirable).
