Senior Sales Officer

About the role

SR Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Officer to lead and expand its sales channels for a premium flour portfolio. Based in Butwal, you will work on‑site, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales channels across Butwal and surrounding regions.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee lead generation, prospecting and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate sales operations, track performance against targets and ensure timely order processing and collections.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing and communication skills with a proven track record in sales operations and channel sales, preferably in FMCG or food.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting and converting opportunities.
• Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Butwal and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Valid authorization to work on‑site in Butwal and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Experience using presentation tools.
• Competence in sales reporting.
