About the role

Swotah Travel & Adventure is seeking an entrepreneurial senior professional to drive business development, forge global partnerships, and expand market reach for its Himalayan adventure travel offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage international B2B partnerships with travel agencies and operators.
• Lead outreach, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and maintain long‑term partner relationships.
• Oversee OTA platform listings (TripAdvisor, TourRadar, Viator, GYG) and digital distribution channels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows with sales, SEO, operations, and accounts teams.
• Analyse market trends to design new travel products and identify business opportunities.
• Represent Swotah at travel fairs, meetings, and virtual networking events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in tourism, travel operations, or business development.
• Strong professional writing and formal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multi‑department coordination.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
