Senior Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost control. The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of warehouse processes, and the ability to manage high‑volume inventory in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification, and discrepancy resolution.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and enforce safety and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and inventory software, handling GRN, delivery notes, gate passes, stock transfers, and returns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and fire‑safety standards.
• Optimize space and manpower utilization, control operational costs, and set KPIs for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills for inventory control and cost management.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
