Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our automotive service department in Jawalakhel. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and ensuring a smooth service experience from inspection to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and record vehicle issues.
• Perform preliminary vehicle inspections and document visible damages.
• Create detailed job cards with customer and vehicle information.
• Explain recommended maintenance, provide cost estimates, and obtain approvals.
• Assign jobs to technicians and coordinate workshop activities to meet timelines.
• Keep customers informed about progress, delays, and additional findings.
• Verify quality of repairs, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and handle delivery explanations and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate service records, warranty claims, and compliance documentation.
• Promote value‑added services, accessories, and extended warranties to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive service environment or fresh graduates with a relevant degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with technicians.

Required skills

• Dealer Management Systems (DMS) proficiency.
