Service Manager – Power & Battery

About the role

The Service Manager (Power/Battery) will lead the service and warranty operations for UPS and battery solutions at our Birgunj facility. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely maintenance, repairs, and support for critical power equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full service lifecycle of UPS and battery systems, including installation, maintenance, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with field technicians and suppliers to schedule service visits and parts deliveries.
• Maintain accurate service records and generate performance reports for management.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, providing technical guidance and follow‑up.
• Develop and implement service procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UPS or battery service and warranty management.
• Proven ability to handle customer interactions and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
