Shopify Developer – Remote Part‑Time (Nepal Only)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to build, customize, and optimise Shopify stores and high‑converting landing pages for our e‑commerce clients. The role is remote, part‑time and project‑based, focused on delivering fast, responsive, and conversion‑oriented experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customise Shopify stores, themes, templates, sections and landing pages.
• Use page‑builder tools such as GemPages, PageFly, Shogun, Zipify or similar.
• Develop with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Create responsive product and landing pages for desktop and mobile.
• Configure products, collections, apps, bundles, offers and store settings.
• Implement and optimise bundles, upsells, cross‑sells and other conversion‑focused offers.
• Optimise website speed, performance and mobile experience.
• Apply basic SEO and CRO improvements.
• Support A/B testing and product‑page optimisation.
• Integrate analytics, tracking pixels, email‑marketing tools and third‑party apps.
• Debug issues and ensure cross‑device/browser compatibility.
• QA pages before launch and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Maintain clean, organised and well‑documented code.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience developing Shopify stores.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with GemPages, Replo, PageFly, Shogun, Zipify or similar builders.
• Experience with Shopify 2.0 themes and theme customisation.
• Understanding of e‑commerce workflows, CRO and conversion‑focused design.
• Experience with bundles, upsells, cross‑sells and product‑page optimisation.
• Good grasp of responsive design and website performance.
• Experience integrating third‑party apps and marketing tools.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely from Nepal.
• Portfolio of completed Shopify projects.
