Showroom Sales Executive & Telecaller

About the role

We are seeking a smart, confident and customer‑focused individual to join our growing toy showroom in Kathmandu. The role combines face‑to‑face sales duties with telephone support and basic social‑media activities to promote our products and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the showroom, providing a positive shopping experience and explaining product features, prices and offers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive selling and follow‑up calls.
• Answer incoming telephone inquiries, respond to customer questions and convert leads.
• Create and publish engaging content on the showroom’s social‑media pages and keep those pages up‑to‑date.
• Maintain relationships with potential customers through regular follow‑up.

Required profile

• Presentable, confident and smart appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Strong sales aptitude and experience handling customers.
• Basic knowledge of social‑media management and content creation.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred.
