Social Media Content Creator & Handler

About the role

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and creative Social Media Content Creator & Handler to own our social media presence, produce engaging short‑form videos, host live sessions, and interact with our audience. The role focuses on boosting reach, generating leads, and driving sales through compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Host and actively participate in live sessions, answering viewer questions in real time.
• Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts and other short‑form video content.
• Develop scripts, captions, hooks and campaign concepts.
• Shoot and edit basic video using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current trends, formats, sounds and incorporate them into brand content.
• Respond to comments, messages and inquiries while maintaining a professional tone.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, product launches and promotional needs.
• Monitor content performance, reach and engagement, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, outgoing and presentable personality.
• Strong time‑management, organization and multitasking abilities.
