About the role

We are seeking a creative and empathetic Social Media Content Creator to shape the visual and narrative identity of our baby‑care brand. You will translate the nuances of early parenthood into engaging short‑form videos, photography and graphics that build trust and community.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks), photos and graphics for baby‑care audiences across multiple platforms.
• Develop relatable, educational narratives around infant care, product usage and parenting milestones.
• Maintain a clean, minimalist, “engineering‑first” visual aesthetic that highlights product safety and premium quality.
• Engage the community through storytelling, polls, Q&A sessions and timely responses.
• Monitor and apply emerging social‑media trends in the parenting and FMCG space.
• Create clear product demonstrations that showcase technical advantages and ease of use for parents.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social‑media management or digital marketing; experience in baby‑care or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, high‑contrast visual style.
• Excellent storytelling ability with warm, engaging captions in English (and Nepali if possible).
• Passion for the baby‑care and wellness industry and ability to simplify technical information for parents.
• Highly organized with disciplined content‑calendar management.

Required skills

• Mobile video editing using CapCut or InShot.
• Graphic design with Adobe Suite or Canva.
• High‑quality mobile cinematography and basic lighting setups.
