About the role

Rojgari Services is looking for a motivated entry‑level Social Media Handler to join its team in Kathmandu. You will create and manage engaging social media content that supports the company’s brand and helps job seekers.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality social media content (images, videos, reels, short‑form posts) following brand guidelines.
• Appear on camera for photos and video content as required.
• Edit and produce visual content optimized for various platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns and trends.
• Write clear, concise captions to drive audience engagement.
• Support campaign execution, including scheduling and cross‑platform coordination.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Conduct regular reviews of trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to suggest improvements.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or HOD within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Motivated entry‑level candidate with a passion for social media.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating with an audience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
