Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and trend‑driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate loves being on camera, brainstorming fresh ideas, and turning trends into engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Research trending topics, audio, hashtags and viral formats to maximize reach.
• Produce short‑form and long‑form video content and edit using modern techniques such as captions, transitions, effects and motion graphics.
• Manage day‑to‑day account activity, monitor comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams and other departments to execute campaigns.
• Host TikTok Live sessions, podcasts and other live events, handling guest coordination and interview preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Business or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling and on‑camera confidence.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Video editing (captions, transitions, effects, motion graphics).
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Social media analytics and performance reporting.
