Social Media Manager

About the role

Hivecraft, a service‑based software development agency that partners with early‑stage startups, is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow the brand presence of both the agency and its product portfolio. You will craft tailored content for diverse audiences while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality voice across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts for multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) using a shared calendar.
• Produce short‑form videos, graphics, carousels and stories that match each audience’s tone.
• Write and edit copy for websites, landing pages, flyers and other marketing collateral.
• Manage community interaction, responding to comments and direct messages.
• Run small paid social campaigns, monitor performance and optimise spend.
• Track engagement, follower growth and key metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to align messaging with launches and priorities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience managing social media for a company, agency or multiple accounts.
• Strong visual storytelling and copywriting abilities in English and Nepali.
• Self‑starter comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Ability to switch tone and priorities across different brands and products.
