Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead our online presence in Kathmandu. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance analysis of our social channels, helping 7ELEVEN VENTURES showcase its technology and AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise social media campaigns across all major platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor channel metrics, generate performance reports and adjust tactics to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments and manage community interactions.
• Support paid social initiatives and maintain brand tone across paid and organic posts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing social media for technology, software or AI‑focused organisations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft clear, brand‑aligned messages.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising, basic graphic design tools and emerging AI trends is a plus.
