Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Archisys Innovations and Developers Pvt Ltd in Kathmandu to lead and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and audience engagement across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Plan and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other multimedia content.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions, responding as needed.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Identify trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and marketing teams.
• Support Meta Ads campaigns and work with the performance marketing team.
• Research competitors, target audiences and emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Creative mindset with a focus on engaging content.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑moving environment.
