Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies that support the company’s marketing and business objectives. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing community interaction, and driving both organic and paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Sell products online through e‑commerce portals for a branded garment store.
• Manage and maintain presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars in coordination with marketing and management teams.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers and videographers to produce high‑quality content.
• Write engaging captions and copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and audience preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages and inquiries promptly.
• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns as needed.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and provide regular reports with recommendations.
• Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices.
• Experience in content planning, creation and community management.
• Good copywriting and communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
