Social Media Manager

About the role

Fintech Alliance Nepal (FAN) is seeking a creative, proactive, and results‑driven Social Media Manager to join its team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies to boost the organization’s online presence and support its fintech initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage FAN’s social media strategy and content calendar.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate photography, videography, graphics, reels, and event‑related content.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities and community engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on digital trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Support the promotion and digital communication of FAN programs and events, including Nepal FinTech Expo 2026.

Required profile

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Basic understanding of Canva or other content creation tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid driving license is compulsory.
