Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Wizonbiz Digital’s Kathmandu office to lead the planning, creation, and publishing of content across all social platforms. This full‑time position ensures brand voice consistency while driving engagement and conversions through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts for multiple social media channels.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyse performance data to optimise content and improve reach.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
• Run paid and organic social media campaigns, tracking key metrics.
• Adjust strategies based on insights to boost engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO expertise.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Experience in content strategy and planning for social platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and basic digital‑marketing principles.
• Relevant experience managing brand social accounts or online communities; degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is a plus.
