Software Architect – Lead Scalable AI‑Assisted Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Architect to define and drive the technical direction of our next‑generation platforms. You will translate ambiguous business problems into robust, scalable architectures while championing AI‑assisted engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall software architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze real‑world scenarios, produce architectural options, and document trade‑offs using ADRs.
• Design and guide the implementation of microservices‑based solutions, integrating with authentication, search, and monitoring tools.
• Leverage AWS cloud services to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Promote AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.
• Enforce best practices like Test‑Driven Development, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative features.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience building complex, scalable web applications.
• Proven track record as a Software Architect or in a comparable senior technical leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve open‑ended, scenario‑based problems and articulate multiple solutions.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment.
