Software Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Delivery Lead to own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple product streams. The role works closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA and Architecture to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and ensure solutions meet specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document functional requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Maintain system architecture, integration diagrams and knowledge‑base documentation.
• Validate that delivered features meet approved requirements, support QA/UAT and participate in release readiness.
• Track team activities, coordinate engineering and QA, and encourage ownership within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine scope, manage expectations and communicate status, risks and dependencies.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge, explore emerging tools and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 4+ years experience in Business Analysis, Delivery Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience working directly with Product Owners and software engineering teams.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
