Sr. Client Service Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Client Service Executive to join our growing advertising and event management team. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, translating their business objectives into clear briefs and coordinated actions across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and expectations.
• Convert client requirements into actionable briefs for Creative, Design, Digital/Performance, Content, Media, Production, and Event teams.
• Coordinate multiple client accounts, projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, campaign updates, meeting notes, and regular status reports.
• Monitor campaign progress, compile performance reports, and provide recommendations.
• Support planning and execution of brand activations, corporate events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Manage estimates, quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and billing documentation.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist with new business pitches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, advertising, digital marketing, or events within an agency environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency setting.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
