Store Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Store Officer to welcome and assist customers in our showroom, providing product information and guidance on baby and cosmetic items. The role involves maintaining an attractive display and supporting daily sales activities to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their product needs and offer recommendations on baby and cosmetic products.
• Maintain proper product displays, pricing, stock arrangement and overall showroom appearance.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer requirements and product availability.
• Coordinate with the team for stock replenishment and showroom operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in showroom, retail, sales, cosmetics or baby products is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to keep organized product displays.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and professional appearance.
• Positive, polite and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced showroom environment.
