Study Abroad Counselor – Multi Destination

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Bagmati, Nepal. The role involves guiding students through the entire process of pursuing higher education in Australia, the UK, Europe and other international destinations. You will work closely with students and families to match their aspirations with suitable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions to assess student goals and recommend appropriate study destinations.
• Review academic records, advise on required entrance tests, and assist with documentation preparation.
• Support students in completing application forms, securing scholarships, and understanding visa requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and track application timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Prior experience in educational consultancy or student counseling is a plus.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to match student objectives to international programs.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confident presentation abilities.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple applications and deadlines.
• Knowledge of admission processes, visa rules and scholarship options for the UK, Europe and other regions.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on ethical guidance and responsiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to changing education policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typical digital tools for student management and reporting.
