Support & Implementation Engineer

About the role

The company seeks an Application Support & Implementation Engineer to provide high‑level onsite and remote technical liaison, handling the full life‑cycle of incidents and problems.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and install solutions in customer test and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across databases, applications, networks, communications, and integration interfaces both onsite and remotely.
• Respond promptly to customer tickets and conduct preventive or corrective maintenance visits.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Applications or related field.
• Fresh graduate up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work extra hours when needed.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Required skills

• Database engines: Oracle, MS‑SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
• Operating systems: Linux (various distros), Microsoft Windows.
• Application servers: Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, Jetty, Wildfly, JBoss.
• Directory services: Active Directory, LDAP.
• Cloud platforms: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean.
• Virtualization and container tools: OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Storage and networking: SAN, Storage, Network Infrastructure, Data Centers, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery.
• DevOps techniques: CI/CD, S3.
