System Support Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

The System Support Associate will assist the IT department in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. This entry‑level, contractual position offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing digital payments environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve support queries, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to gather system support requirements.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Test new software and hardware for compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Assess current systems, recommend improvements, and implement modifications.
• Evaluate system changes or upgrades for alignment with organizational needs.
• Maintain quality‑assurance procedures and ensure user satisfaction.
• Work closely with developers, network administrators, and system analysts.
• Provide user training and assistance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies that enhance performance.
• Prepare documentation following technical standards.
• Track and resolve issues within SLA, maintaining detailed records.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the CTO.

Required profile

• At least Higher Secondary Education (+2) from a recognized institution.
• Minimal to no prior experience; suitable for recent graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
