About the role
B. AND B. EDUTECH is looking for a motivated and communication‑oriented individual to join as a Telemarketer Trainee. You will contact prospective learners, introduce IT training programs, and gather information to support marketing and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective learners.
- Introduce and explain the company's IT training courses clearly and professionally.
- Identify learners' interests, career goals, and training backgrounds.
- Collect demographic and psychographic information and record it in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead information.
- Follow up with interested leads and coordinate with marketing and business development teams.
