Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and explain suitable services clearly.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates on leads and conversions.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to follow up consistently and work toward sales targets.
• Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
