Trainer – Staff Nurse and Nursing

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Trainer – Staff Nurse and Nursing to deliver high‑quality nursing education to students preparing for careers in Japan and other international pathways. The role involves classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and ongoing academic support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing classes and training sessions for diverse student groups.
• Teach basic and advanced nursing concepts, procedures, and patient‑care skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and study resources.
• Assess students through tests, assignments, practical sessions, and regular evaluations.
• Monitor learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Coordinate with academic and management teams regarding student progress and training needs.
• Stay updated with current nursing practices and training requirements.
• Perform additional duties related to student training as assigned.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., RN, BSc Nursing).
• Minimum 12 months of practical nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of understanding.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient‑care techniques.
• Effective classroom management and instructional design.
• Ability to develop training materials and assessments.
