Travel Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and result‑oriented Manager to join iGlobal Travel and Tourism. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating with clients and partners, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth delivery of reliable and high‑quality travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the travel and tourism business.
• Lead, coordinate, and support team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor travel arrangements, packages, and itineraries.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and revenue growth.
• Support the development and promotion of travel packages and services.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, sales targets, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, regulations, and market developments.
• Ensure company policies, service standards, and professional practices are consistently maintained.
