UI/UX Design Instructor (Part-Time)

About the role

Mindrisers Institute of Technologies is looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Instructor to deliver high‑quality, part‑time training to aspiring designers. You will guide students through both theory and hands‑on projects, helping them build industry‑ready portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured UI/UX training covering design principles, user‑centered design, design thinking, research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design and usability.
• Teach industry‑standard tools, primarily Figma, for interface design and prototyping.
• Mentor students on real‑world projects, provide one‑on‑one feedback, and support internship and employment preparation.
• Design assignments, quizzes, practical exercises and evaluate student performance with timely feedback.
• Develop and regularly update course materials, case studies and practical exercises to reflect emerging trends.
• Maintain an engaging classroom environment, track attendance and progress, and coordinate with the academic team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design or teaching UI/UX.
• Strong command of Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom‑management skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and staying current with UI/UX trends.
