Video Editing Coordinator

About the role

The Video Editing Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will lead the end‑to‑end video production workflow for educational and promotional content, ensuring high‑quality output that aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize raw footage and maintain a structured asset library.
• Edit video content and prepare final files for publication across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with instructors and subject‑matter experts to capture content requirements.
• Apply color grading, basic motion graphics, and graphic elements to enhance viewer engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency, technical quality, and compliance with video format standards.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple video projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong experience in video editing and production for educational or promotional material.
• Ability to perform color grading and integrate motion graphics.
• Experience creating graphics that follow brand guidelines.
• Good understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution standards, and basic audio editing.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in media studies, film, communication, or a related field is preferred.
