Video Editor – Creative Content Production

About the role

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our Kathmandu team and create compelling visual stories that showcase Aurora Elegance’s garments, manufacturing processes and brand identity. The role is full‑time, on‑site and works closely with marketing and design to produce video content for digital and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, edit and assemble raw footage into short‑form and long‑form videos that highlight products and production.
• Apply cuts, transitions, sound design and visual effects while ensuring brand consistency.
• Perform color grading and basic motion‑graphics integration to enhance visual appeal.
• Optimize video formats, resolutions and export settings for web, social media and internal channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Relevant education or training in film, media, design or communication (preferred).
• Experience producing video content for digital, social and promotional campaigns.
• Prior work in fashion, manufacturing or product‑focused video is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Video color grading expertise.
• Basic motion‑graphics creation.
• Audio editing and knowledge of file formats, resolutions and export settings.
