Video Editor (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

Nandi Solutions is seeking a talented Video Editor to join its on‑site team in Kathmandu. You will transform raw footage into engaging, high‑quality video content that supports marketing campaigns and client projects across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage raw video assets for each project.
• Apply colour grading to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.
• Synchronise audio tracks and perform basic sound editing.
• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to interpret briefs and propose visual ideas.
• Deliver final videos optimised for social media, ads, reels, and other digital formats.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production and editing.
• Proficiency in colour grading and motion‑graphics techniques.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and basic knowledge of digital marketing content formats.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or equivalent practical experience with a portfolio.
