About the role

Exploreden, a global travel technology platform, is seeking a creative and fast‑moving Video Editor to join its growing marketing team. The position is fully remote and focuses on producing a high volume of short‑form and long‑form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form Reels, TikToks, and other social videos.
• Create founder and team‑led content, including UGC‑style videos.
• Produce product feature and explainer videos.
• Support promotional and launch campaigns with engaging video assets.
• Trim long‑form footage into compelling short clips.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, B‑roll and sound design.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools.
• Good understanding of modern Reels, TikTok and YouTube editing styles.
• Ability to craft a strong hook within the first few seconds.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling and audience retention.
• Comfortable turning raw footage into polished final videos.
• Capacity to work quickly and manage multiple videos each week.
• Experience with travel, startup or UGC content is a plus.
• Insight into why viewers stop scrolling, keep watching and take action.
