Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging short‑form videos and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. You will work closely with content creators, videographers, and marketing strategists to bring brand stories to life across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
• Transform raw footage into high‑quality short‑form content.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Produce Meta ads, promotional videos, product videos, and brand campaigns.
• Add captions, sound effects, background music, and calls‑to‑action.
• Design social‑media graphics as needed.
• Optimize video content for each platform’s format and audience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stay updated on video‑editing trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with multiple brands or agency clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Good understanding of kinetic typography.
• Knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
• Familiarity with social‑media content formats and audience retention.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NPR 35,000 to NPR 45,000, based on experience and skills.
