Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

The Videographer & Editor will create and deliver video content that supports Iqora Digital’s marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. Working on‑site in Kathmandu, you will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high‑quality footage for social media, advertising and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video assets for various digital marketing initiatives.
• Set up cameras, lighting and audio equipment for interviews, b‑roll and outdoor shoots.
• Organise raw footage, manage media libraries and ensure consistent visual standards.
• Produce polished edits incorporating sound, graphics and basic motion elements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance video concepts and formats.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production for marketing, social media or branded content.
• Proficient in camera operation and professional lighting techniques.
• Ability to manage the full production workflow from planning to final edit.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent visual storytelling, composition and attention to detail.
• Ready to work on‑site in Kathmandu and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus.
