About the role
Join the Dashain Camp 2026 team at Kopila Valley School in Surkhet, Nepal. Volunteers will help create a memorable experience for children during the two‑week camp from 24 October to 5 November 2026. Applications are accepted until 31 May 2026, with decisions announced by 15 June. Selected volunteers will be contacted by the Dashain Camp Director for a possible interview.
Required profile
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to cover personal travel, visa, insurance, meals, and any class supplies.
What we offer
- Free off‑site housing located a short 15‑minute walk from the camp.
- Daily lunches provided during the camp.
- Bus fare reimbursement for Nepali volunteers traveling from Kathmandu or other parts of Nepal.
