About the role
The Web Analyst Intern will work on‑site in Pokhara, supporting the product and marketing teams by collecting, tracking, and interpreting website data. You will help monitor performance metrics, prepare basic reports and dashboards, and identify trends in user behavior.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor key website performance indicators and flag issues.
- Prepare simple reports and visual dashboards for stakeholders.
- Assist with A/B testing initiatives and document findings.
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to suggest data‑driven improvements.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business or related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to clean, organize, and summarize data sets.
