White Goods Financing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced White Goods Financing Manager to lead and expand our consumer lending business in Kathmandu. The role covers the complete loan lifecycle, from application and credit assessment through approval, disbursement, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage white‑goods and consumer loan processing while monitoring portfolio performance.
• Oversee credit assessment, approval, documentation, and coordinate disbursement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and dealers.
• Monitor delinquency, NPA, recovery activities, and overall portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Recovery, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Support the creation of financing products and digital lending processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and identify opportunities to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in hire purchase, consumer finance, retail lending, or dealer financing is preferred.
• Candidates from white‑goods, mobile phones, consumer electronics, or consumer goods sectors may also be considered.
• Knowledge of credit assessment, loan operations, portfolio monitoring, or recovery coordination is an advantage.
• Experience with LOS or digital lending platforms is preferred.

• Proficiency with LOS/digital lending platforms.
• Ability to prepare and analyse MIS reports.
