AI Video Editor (Entry-Level)

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Video Editor to transform AI‑generated clips into engaging advertisements for our clients. The role is based on‑site in Battisputali, Kathmandu and is ideal for a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of editing fundamentals.

Key responsibilities

• Edit AI‑generated footage into clear, compelling ads that follow the client brief.
• Build pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, graphics and visual effects.
• Critically review generated clips, flag weak or unusable shots and suggest improvements.
• Incorporate feedback, handle revisions and ensure final edits meet quality standards.
• Export videos correctly for various social and digital platforms.
• Maintain organized project files, versions, assets and final deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in video editing, content creation or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with video‑editing software.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound, subtitles and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new AI and creative tools.

Required skills

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Basic motion‑graphics and animation capabilities.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (bonus).
• Sound design and subtitle creation.

What we offer

• NPR 20,000 per month during a 3‑month probation period.
• NPR 25,000 per month after successful probation, with potential increases based on performance.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with a collaborative production team.
