B2B Order Processing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented B2B Order Processing Officer to manage wholesale and export orders from sales hand‑over through production, quality control, packaging and shipment. The role supports our ethical manufacturing business and ensures smooth order flow to our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive confirmed B2B orders from the Sales Department and verify product specifications, quantities, colors, sizes, labels and packaging requirements.
• Enter and regularly update order information in the ERP system.
• Coordinate production schedules with Production In‑charges and monitor order progress.
• Liaise with QC and Packaging Supervisors to ensure correct labels, cartons and buyer‑specific packaging.
• Work with Inventory and Logistics teams to prepare orders for shipment and support export documentation.
• Identify delays or specification conflicts and report them to the COO.
• Visit factories, suppliers, packaging vendors or courier offices as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B order processing, packaging, export, logistics or production coordination.
• Good understanding of export packaging, labeling and shipment preparation.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and Nepali.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or order‑management systems.
