Call Support Assistant

About the role

The Call Support Assistant will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound communications, delivering timely assistance to customers and students while supporting the sales team in lead management and conversion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and make outbound calls to leads and customers.
• Provide prompt support to students and customers, resolving queries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct regular follow‑up calls with leads and existing customers to maintain engagement and improve retention.
• Assist the sales team by coordinating leads, delivering product or service information, and supporting call‑based sales activities.
• Update and maintain lead records, follow‑up logs, and call activity trackers.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales calling, tele‑calling, lead follow‑up, or customer handling (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to pitch products or services confidently, understand customer needs, handle objections, and influence prospects toward conversion.
• Detail‑oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and tracking follow‑up activities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
