Chartered Accountant / Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated finance professional to join our team as a Chartered Accountant / Finance Officer. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal tax regulations (VAT, TDS, Corporate Tax).
• Handle internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and banking transactions.
• Develop and monitor financial controls and accounting systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist management in financial decision‑making and cost optimization.
