About the role

Healthy Home Nepal is seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer to shape the future of aesthetic and holistic medicine in Nepal. You will lead clinical innovation, own protocol development, and drive research for the country’s most established wellness organization.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement and continuously improve clinical protocols for aesthetic and holistic treatments.
Validate and integrate emerging medical device technologies into practice.
Define and oversee the research agenda, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinical strategy with overall business goals.
Mentor and guide medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and patient‑centered care.

Required profile

MBBS degree with a specialization or strong experience in aesthetic medicine.
Registered with the Nepal Medical Council (NMC).
4–6 years of relevant clinical experience.
Based in Kathmandu and able to work on‑site.
