Client Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Client Support Executive to deliver exceptional assistance to our clients. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
• Meet customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or client support (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts if required.
